Ministry mandatory items and coverage
- ZPKR02 visual inspection is supported by thermography: board hotspots, terminals and busbars are attached as evidence.
- Work Equipment Regulation art. 14/B and fire-licence / insurance renewals often require a thermography annex.
- ΔT 1–10 °C: early heating — tightness and cleaning at planned maintenance.
- ΔT 10–20 °C: medium risk — check or replace breaker / terminal.
- ΔT > 20 °C: critical (C1 / C2) — fire risk; stop and repair.
- The scan is live; production is not stopped.
- C1 means the installation is not fit for use; C2 urgent, C3 by the next period.
