Ministry mandatory items and coverage

• Work Equipment Regulation art. 14/B: electrical periodic inspection at least yearly by an authorised electrical / electronics engineer.
• From 01.09.2025 the ÇSGB ZPKR format must be used in full form and content; legacy formats are invalid.
• ZPKR01 — LV earth resistance, loop impedance, PE / bonding continuity.
• ZPKR02 — Function tests: 30 mA RCD trip current and time on socket circuits up to 32 A.
• ZPKR03 — Lightning down-conductor and earth resistance (TS EN 62305).
• ZPKR05 — Transformer 1–36 kV body / neutral earth resistance.
• Cable–breaker coordination Ib < In ≤ Iz; board Icu must not be below the calculated 3-phase short-circuit current.
• The calibration certificate is attached to the report. C1 immediate, C2 urgent, C3 improvement.
