Digital transformation

Collecting data must not make the board unsafe.

PTS is built on ISA-95 (IEC 62264) layers. Field IoT and board connections still follow the Internal Electrical Installations Regulation and KVKK.

Production tracking watches the process from raw material to finished goods. Seettech records downtime, cycle, and quality via IoT, barcode/RFID, and PLC/SCADA, then publishes OEE, availability, and performance KPIs.

ERP (SAP, Logo, etc.) integration is authorization-controlled on ISA-95 layers. The energy module makes reactive-limit breaches (20% / 15%) visible.

Machine electrical safety follows TS EN 60204-1; e-stop and LOTO stay in the automation. Production data is processed and backed up under KVKK.

Production and operator data must be processed under KVKK with defined consent and retention.
Field IoT, energy analyzers, and board connections must follow the Internal Electrical Installations Regulation.
Machine electrical equipment must meet TS EN 60204-1 safety rules.
Emergency stop and lockout/tagout (LOTO) cannot be bypassed in automation.
Energy monitoring must log reactive-limit breaches (inductive 20% / capacitive 15%).
ISA-95 / IEC 62264 layers must integrate with ERP under access control.
Backup and access authorization are mandatory against data loss.
In-board comms cable must be routed and labelled separately from power cable.
Auditable OEE and downtime records must be kept for digitalization grant / inspection files.

Installing MES does not remove electrical periodic control (ZPKR) or YGTİS duties.
